As an attachment-based therapist I enjoy utilizing an integrated lens incorporating trauma-informed EMDR (EMDRIA certified), perinatal mental health provider, (Postpartum Support International), Gottman/EFT approaches with couples to strengthen communication, healing, & secure, connected relationships. Using play-informed interventions with children.
