Most people don’t realize that unresolved trauma doesn’t always look like one big, obvious event. It can show up in quiet, everyday ways—like shutting down during an argument, feeling disconnected from your partner, snapping at your kids and then drowning in guilt, or constantly second-guessing yourself.
When you're in survival mode, even small things feel big—not because you're failing, but because your nervous system is protecting you, and trauma often shows up as tension, overthinking, and distance from the people you love.
I'm trained in S.A.F.E. EMDR, a somatic and attachment-focused approach to trauma healing . This method helps clients safely process difficult experiences while staying grounded in their bodies and connected in relationships. I also draw from psychodynamic therapy, CBT, DBT, and mindfulness-based approaches to create a personalized, integrative experience.
You deserve more than just getting through the day. Healing is possible—and it begins with understanding that your struggles make sense in the context of what you've lived through. Therapy offers a path forward—toward deeper connection, more compassion for yourself, and the peace you've been searching for. You don’t have to figure it out alone.
