My goal in every session is simple: I want you to feel safe enough to process whatever you’re carrying, empowered by genuine support and fully validated as I listen to your story. Your sense of safety and nurture in our work together is my number one priority. We work together to build self-esteem, establish healthy boundaries, and reclaim a sense of control over your life. Clients often tell me that what stands out most is my nonjudgmental presence. Many share that their first session felt far more approachable than they expected. I also draw on persistence and creativity if progress feels slow.
My current subspecialties are anxiety, ASD/ADHD, processing grief, and LGBTQIA+ individuals. I am deeply committed to inclusivity, ensuring every client -regardless of identity, background, or experience – feels valued and respected from the very first moment.
I am especially passionate about helping clients rediscover and strengthen their authentic voice.
Through therapy, I encourage clients to build confidence in their use of coping skills, comfort in setting boundaries with others, and increased insight into what gets you the life you want. I think everyone deserves the chance to invest in themselves to make positive changes they have always desired! I invite you to reach out for a free consultation.
