I have a passion for working with teens and adults who've experienced difficult or traumatic life events, struggle with feeling stuck or lost, caught in anxiety, and who wish for greater fulfillment in their relationships.
Specializing in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (Somatic Therapy), Internal Family Systems, Synergetic Play Therapy, and EMDR I use a mix of somatic and talk therapies because sometimes words are not enough. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LCPC), Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), and Certified Level II Sensorimotor Psychotherapist in Driggs, Idaho.
