There are times when everyone needs to strengthen his or her coping skills, see the situation from another view, or simply say it aloud. There are also times when the work that needs to be done is very serious. And deep. And difficult.
I am committed to hearing and working with you in a confidential, safe, nonjudgmental, person centered environment. I work with clients both young, old and in between. Each phase of life is equally important and presents its own set of stresses and complications. My role is to empower those facing a variety of struggles regardless of what stage of life you are in. Importantly I want each of my clients to know that although I have four walls in my office there are no filters. This is a safe place for you to share openly you feelings, struggles, and goals.
Along with my degree, license and clinical experience, I am a working mother, Army wife, daughter, sister and friend. These credentials and the life experiences I have had with each of my roles have given me a unique insight and empathy in to the variety of struggles one might face. I had the privilege of working with a Hospice organization for seven years. This work emphasized to me the importance of each day. There is no time like the present to seek support and be the best version of ourselves for each day.
