About
Personal growth through therapy is about identifying and creating your own world in which allows you to feel good, and reach and express your fullest potential. My experience spans several different settings and levels of care, such as intensive outpatient and outpatient substance use treatment facilities, and colleges, and has helped inform my approach to the work that I do everyday in private practice. I specialize in the treatment of grief and loss and substance use disorders. I primarily work with adults. Please feel free to visit my website for more information: www.vitamrevivere.org
I use a variety of therapeutic techniques such as mindfulness, art, Person-Centered and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I focus on meeting each individual person where they are at in their own process, focusing on strengths and resources (both internal and external), and using them towards the recovery and healing process.
I will help support you by creating a safe and nonjudgmental space, allowing you to look inside, connect with yourself, and explore your passions and goals in a genuine way. We can collaborate and delve into that curiosity and creativity to strengthen what is already there into what could be. I look forward to meeting and working with you on your journey!
