About
Sometimes our hearts break, our anger gets worse, and our anxiety decides to take control. Ideally, we would all love a stress free perfect life, but it's not always that. Transitions are a part of life and finding a way to cope and manage, yet living our best is what we can start working on in therapy. It's my intention to help you find your safe place, your goals, and support you as your dreams come true to heal or to move forward during this season.
One step at a time. Multitasking can create chaos. Yet, Counseling can occur through simple approaches and practices, and together we can bring a process-based approach where we can solely focus on your needs in our session. Focusing on the here and now, whether it be your feelings, relationships, skills, emotions or behavior.
Being heard out, acknowledged, and validated helps us move forward. Some days we are processing and some days we are learning. Undergoing life transitions can become difficult and create a lot of worry and unease. Knowing that you are not alone in this situation can be comforting. Let's start setting some goals and living the life we want.
