About
Isn't it time you did something for yourself for a change? In the fast paced and highly demanding society that we live in today sometimes simply getting through the day can feel like a struggle. If you have ever experienced this overwhelming feeling rest assured that you are not alone and that help is available. My mission as a professional counselor is to assist my clients in progressing and attaining their own personal goals. My approach is client-centered which means that I won't ask you to say or do anything that doesn't feel right to you. I also utilize a highly eclectic approach in my clinical practice.
I am trained to practice EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization/Reprocessing therapy) which is one of the most effective forms of treatment for trauma. I am also trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which can assist someone in changing their negative thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I personally incorporate a Trauma-Informed Care approach with all patients
Are you a Licensed Professional, or a pre-licensed professional who is working toward their license? If you are interested in career opportunities, please email your resume to rachelwitkowski09@hushmail.com. I am also available to provide clinical supervision.
