About
I believe that counseling is a place to help individuals explore what is making them feel sad, anxious, scared, helpless, angry or overwhelmed. I have a passion for helping young people navigate through the many emotions that come with transitional periods in their life. Whether it be entering high school, transitioning to college, coping with divorce, moving to a new place or grieving the loss of someone close to you - I will provide a space for you to be able to share these emotions and explore coping strategies that work best for you. I am committed to helping individuals develop goals and create change in their lives.
I have experience working with both adolescents and adults with personal, social and academic related stress, anxiety and depression. I also have experience in behavioral therapy working with pre-school aged children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum disorders and their families.
Please feel free to reach out to me via e-mail to receive more information about starting services! I look forward to hearing from you.
