I work with adolescents and adults specializing in: anxiety, parenthood and postpartum, stressors from life transitions, and relationship difficulties. I help people gain clarity into what isn't working using curiosity, reflection and humor. I also work with trauma using EMDR, an evidence-based trauma modality.
Each person is unique, and therefore, my approach is individualized to fit your needs. I often utilize Psychodynamic, EMDR and IFS modalities and practice with a holistic lens, addressing symptoms from our mind, body and spirit. I believe that when we give attention to all aspects of our self, we can live our best life.
