Watching your child navigate school, friendships, activities, and family life while also struggling with emotional or behavioral difficulties can be overwhelming. Seeking extra support for your child through psychotherapy is a great way to equip both you and your child with new tools and skills to help them overcome their challenges and thrive. I am a licensed psychologist providing evidence-based psychotherapy to youth ages 6-17. My expertise is working with youth who struggle with anxiety, OCD, selective mutism, depression, social skills, executive functioning deficits (ADHD), & difficulty adjusting to various life situations.

I can help your child or teen learn practical coping skills and new strategies to help them overcome their current challenges. I utilize evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Exposure and Response Prevention as well as utilize other interventions based on each child's individual needs.
Interventions are tailored to each child's unique needs. I strive to create an empathetic, supportive environment sensitive to the values and needs of children and their families. Evening and Saturday appointments as well as telehealth are available. My office is located off of the US-60/Val Vista, and is easily accessible from most areas of the East Valley.
