I view therapy as a partnership. My clinical interests center around anxiety and depression, grief and loss, ADHD, parental mental health, relational/family stressors, caregiver support, and identity exploration.
Having worked in corporate settings before becoming a therapist, I also enjoy supporting professionals as they navigate workplace stress, career decisions, and work-life balance.
