As a licensed child psychologist, I work with children, teens, and families using evidence-based, compassionate care aimed at improving quality of life and reducing distress. I believe in the transformative power of caregiver-child relationships and in providing families with practical tools, emotional understanding, and support. My passion lies in helping children navigate arising challenges while collaborating with caregivers to create lasting change in children’s lives. I have expertise in addressing a wide range of presentations, including ADHD, disruptive behaviors, anxiety, selective mutism, OCD, depression, and trauma.
Depending on a child's needs, I offer CBT, ACT, and DBT. I am certified in PCIT, which helps improve children's disruptive behaviors, and PCIT-SM, which helps improve communication in children with selective mutism. I actively include parents in these treatments. I also provide psychological evaluations, including cognitive, ADHD, and autism testing.
