Are you looking for a non-judgmental space to process difficult experiences and gain clarity about repeating themes and patterns in your life and relationships? With an attachment and trauma-informed foundation in evidence-based practices and certification in Narcissistic abuse I work with you to identify the drivers behind behaviors and emotions. I balance attentive listening with active participation and meaningful feedback. I'm especially passionate about helping individuals navigate the specific challenges associated with anxiety, low self-worth, narcissistic abuse, infidelity, boundaries & rebuilding trust within relationships
The following are a few of the over 250 hours of post graduate training modalities and topics that inform my approach: cognitive-behavioral therapy, acceptance & commitment therapy, emotionally focused individual therapy, schema therapy, narcissistic abuse treatment cert. (see below), attachment theory, and EMDR (not accepting EMDR clients at this time).
