I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the owner of Uncaged Counseling and Wellness. I provide affirming, compassionate therapy for teens and adults navigating trauma, eating disorders, BFRBs, and intense emotions. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and able to grow.
I work with pre-teens, teens, and adults navigating trauma, eating disorders, BFRBs (such as trichotillomania and skin picking), and borderline personality disorder. I also support people experiencing anxiety, identity exploration, and relationship challenges.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and practical. I often integrate DBT skills with trauma-informed care to help clients build emotional regulation, self-understanding, and resilience. Therapy with me focuses on both insight and real-life skills you can use outside of sessions.
