Sometimes life can throw us challenges that feel too difficult to bear alone. As a therapist, it is my passion to create a warm and safe environment to support my clients through whatever struggles you may endure. I enjoy working with a wide variety of clients, and often see children, adolescents, families, and adults who are experiencing depression, anxiety, body image or eating struggles, trauma, or any stress resulting from a life transition. Viewing therapy through a holistic lens, I see each client as more than just a set of presenting problems, but as a whole person with a unique set of strengths, struggles, values, and goals.
My diverse experience in the mental health field has helped me build an integrative approach to therapy, and I draw from many different evidence based modalities including CBT, DBT, narrative therapy, and a client-centered approach, tailoring my intervention to the specific needs of the client each session.
To me, the most important aspect of therapy is the therapeutic relationship, and I work to create a collaborative and authentic relationship with each client. As your therapist, I would feel humbled and honored to walk alongside you and hear your story.
