My name is Rachel Lampe. I use an integrated therapeutic approach that primarily includes techniques found in cognitive behavioral therapy, strength-based therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
Originally from upstate South Carolina, my husband and I have made Peoria our home for the past 6 years. When I’m not working, I enjoy listening to audiobooks, taking fitness classes, and spending time outside.
