About

I specialize in Marriage & Family Therapy and working with individuals, couples, & families to develop healthy communication strategies, address attachment & relational issues (i.e., infidelity, trust, trauma therapy, parenting, boundaries, separation/divorce), & decrease feelings of anxiety, depression, burnout, and distress. I utilize a systems perspective, which highlights processing our patterned experiences throughout our lives (relationships, anxiety, self-worth…), as well as have a variety of training within trauma modalities (i.e., EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, PIT training/Meadows-Trained).
My specialty areas include: —Couples/individuals in a rut, with continuous communication, boundary, conflict, trust, & infidelity issues.— First responder personnel/families & military personnel/families issues related to trauma, anxiety, work/life balance, and related adversities. I specialize in attachment-related experiences and traumas related.
My practice also offers reduced rates ($40/session) for therapy services with clinicians that I supervise. I am currently pursuing becoming an AAMFT-Approved supervisor and supervisees are active in ongoing oversight. I am able to respond much quicker to emails than voicemails due to my clinical schedule.
