Rachel L Pepper
Marriage & Family Therapist, LMFT
*Please note: At this time my practice is full.* It's a time of overwhelm, and great uncertainty. Of change, and resistance. Many folks are struggling personally, and we seem to have little power to change the course of the current health crisis, or our political realm. Therapy with an empathetic professional can help during these trying times. Clients find me a compassionate and inspiring change-agent. We must find hope where we can and continue to work for change both personally, in our communities, and in the world. I offer a sliding scale rate for private pay clients and am on several insurance panels. Contact me for more info.
Why live with the symptoms of anxiety, depression, guilt, or shame, when therapy can offer relief? It is possible to learn new coping skills at any age! I'll work with you on developing insight and identifying patterns so you can change life for the better. I also offer specialized services for the LGBT community, including trans children, teens and adults.
I love being a therapist and believe in the ability of all people to change, no matter what life stage you are in. I am very flexible in my approach, and offer weekly or bi-weekly appointments. Please give me a call on my confidential line, or e-mail me, and I will get back to you as soon as I can. Together, we can make change happen! You deserve it.
