I am a Licensed Clinical Therapist specializing in working with children and adolescents who have experienced trauma, anxiety, emotional distress, and behavioral challenges. I understand that trauma—whether big or small—leaves a lasting impact, shaping how children see the world, themselves, and their relationships. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space where your child can feel heard.
Using a trauma-informed approach, I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and expressive modalities such as Art and Play Therapy. These evidence-based methods help children process difficult experiences, regulate emotions, and develop healthy coping skills.
