Hello, I have been practicing since June 2014 with experience in pediatric behavioral health, individual and family therapy, and crisis intervention. I enjoy helping individuals who have experienced trauma overcome symptoms of depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and grief.

I also have experience working with parents to assist them in developing effective parenting techniques and strengthening the parent-child bond. Also, I am trained in several evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Solution Focused Therapy; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which; integrates brain development into clinical problem solving; and Biofeedback

I strongly believe in fostering an ability in all people to develop their own solutions to life’s challenges by using the above therapeutic interventions and creating a therapeutic partnership that can help clients realize their potential. As of 6.19.24-I only have availability for Wednesday evenings.
