Feeling down and out? Chances are if you are stressed, tired or overwhelmed you are not feeling well physically, mentally or emotionally. I graduated from Bellevue University with a Bachelors degree in Psychology & a Masters degree in Human Services. I have over 12 years of experience providing family centered crisis intervention and counseling services, 5 years experience with Behavioral Disorders as I worked for Behave'n Day Center. I worked as a Foster Care Specialist for OMNI Behavioral Health as well as at Rockbrook Enhanced Treatment Group Home for 4 years. I currently work in mental health helping navigate life struggles.
I work with a number of issues including but not limited to anxiety, depression, communication, anger-management, parenting, independent living needs, & relationship conflict. My passion is to help individuals become happy, healthy, & confident by teaching strategies to alleviate emotional distress. Faith is important to me as well as my four children.
