They often feel better after a few sessions and choose stay with me for a while because they see the benefits of having the space to process their thoughts, experiences, and feelings. My specialities includes therapy with couples and families, and infertility, pregnancy loss, and the postpartum period. I work relationally and psychodynamically with an attachment-based lens, which means that I care about how your past experiences and relationships are impacting you today. My values are rooted in anti-oppression.
