Trauma, grief, anxiety, codependency. If you identify with any of these words, I would love to help you navigate through these difficult challenges. You are not alone in your pain, even though it feels that you are. We will work together to find goals that you and/or your child want to achieve.
I specialize in working with children and women who are struggling with trauma, anxiety and grief. In my opinion, the relationship between the therapist and client should incorporate honesty, trust, acceptance and humor. I often use play in my therapeutic approach with children to help them feel safe and express their feelings.
Life is busy; therefore, I maintain flexible daytime, evening hours.
