About
I’m a holistic psychotherapist trained to provide high quality, compassionate support to children, teens, and young adults navigating challenges of anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, self esteem, and disordered eating. I have a particular passion for serving the LGBTQ+ community and work from a gender- and sexuality-affirming perspective. My experience in a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, EMDR, Mindfulness, and Creative Arts Therapy, allows me to tailor my therapeutic approach to your unique goals and needs.
Spanning my work in school, campus, mental health clinic, and hospital settings, I’m passionate about empowering clients with tools to help cope with difficult emotions, bolster emotional intelligence, and embrace self-compassion to uncover your strengths and connect with your most authentic self. My style is warm, engaging, collaborative, and creative.
Above all, I’m dedicated to cultivating an environment of safety, non-judgement, empathy, and compassionate curiosity so that clients may leave each session feeling appreciated, heard, and deeply understood.
