About
I provide non-judgmental support and specialize in the treatment of anxiety and depression in the aftermath of stressful situations. Whether this was growing up in a dysfunctional home environment or experiencing unique traumatic events, I want to help you reach your goals. If you've ever felt like your emotions control you or that you act like a different person in different situations, I am here for you. Through using evidence-based techniques such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), I can help.
Together we will identify your individual goals and define what a better future can look like for you. I offer video telecounseling and in-person sessions to provide EMDR. I offer free phone consultations to ensure I am the right fit for you and can help you on your path toward a better future.
I enjoy partnering with individuals and working together to help them achieve a more fulfilling, happier life. I am warm, caring, and transparent, and I believe in openness and honesty in a therapeutic relationship. I hope to hear from you soon so we can talk more about starting our journey together.
