I believe it is vital to support moms and families from challenges with fertility to pregnancy and through the postpartum period. I hold a certification in perinatal mental health and can provide support throughout the journey of motherhood. Additionally, I have spent time working with individuals living with cancer and their caregivers. I understand how changes in physical health can significantly impact emotional well being, relationships, and daily routines. Other areas of focus include grief and loss, life transitions, relationship issues, anxiety disorders, and depression.
I specialized in Health Psychology at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and have completed additional training to obtain my PMH-C to further support my specialization in maternal mental health. I utilize a collaborative, strengths based approach with elements of CBT in my work with clients.
I feel therapy should be comfortable and accessible, and I strive to create a non-judgmental, safe space for clients to explore and grow as they work towards their goals. I am currently accepting new clients via teletherapy. I encourage you to reach out to me if I sound like a good fit for you.
