My practice focuses on helping clients develop effective coping strategies to overcome challenges related to anxiety, depression, relationships, and family dynamics. As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, my primary areas of focus include: distress related to attachment, identity, and adjustment issues, as well as communication difficulties, relationship concerns, healing from traumatic experiences, and family dynamics.
I have extensive training and experience in evidence-based therapies and systemic models of therapy, including Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral, Emotion Focused, Narrative, and Solution Focused Therapies. I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs and goals of each client, drawing upon your strengths and values- guided by your vision of relief/growth.
