Announcement icon To help reduce the spread of coronavirus while also continuing care, I am offering phone and video sessions to new and ongoing clients.
If you are feeling overwhelmed, unmotivated, sad, frustrated or stagnant with your life, I would very much like to offer my support. Therapy can be an effective way to work through challenges and realize your true path. In our work together, we would aim to increase your quality of life through developing a trusting alliance between us, addressing your needs, defining your goals, removing any unhelpful blocks, building healthy coping skills that work for you, and improving how you relate to yourself and others. It is my goal to provide a safe, nurturing environment for clients.
My focus is on providing emotional support for women and their partners before, during, and after pregnancy. This includes infertility, miscarriage grief, body image, labor anxiety, parenting, self-care, and partner communication. I also work with individual adults struggling with depression, anxiety, codependency, low-esteem, failure to launch, and other difficult life transitions.
My degree is with a transpersonal/holistic studies emphasis. I consider each facet to a person (biological, psychological, social, spiritual) and how they combine to create the authentic Self. In doing so, clients are able to gain a clearer sense of who they are and where they want or need to go in life.
