Thank you for stopping by. You are probably reaching this page in search of a therapist for you or a loved one. You may be experiencing feelings of hopelessness, extreme sadness, conflict, anger, worry, or anxiousness and you are finally taking that next step to feel better. It's not easy. It can be scary. But you have come to the right place. If you are a teen or young adult, experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, insomnia, trauma, racial issues, behavior issues, OCD or perfectionism, I can support.
I am a therapist who incorporates laughter and play into sessions. I don't believe every session needs to be so heavy or serious. Sometimes laughter is the best medicine. In addition to humor and current pop culture references, I will use a mix of modalities including EMDR, DBT, and ERP to support in treating your symptoms.
Setting up your first therapy session can be very daunting. I will make this process as easy as possible for you. You have made it this far, let's keep going.
