This group runs with 4-6 participants and is designed to support you as your children enter into the world. Connect with others as you navigate the challenges and discover the joys of this unique transition in your life. Whether you are beginning to anticipate your children leaving or dealing with the strange feelings of no longer having such immediate contact with your child, hearing others' experiences and getting feedback helps define your path forward.
Parents of Young Adults ages 21-25 Teletherapy

This group is for those past the initial empty nest stage that struggle with setting limits on young adult children, maintaining appropriate boundaries or just looking for a sounding board to ask "Is this normal"? This is a confidential group of 4-6 participants that fosters insights and camaraderie as you navigate the unique joys and challenges of parenting a young adult.
