My name is Rachel and my specialty is in chronic illness adjustment. I have been a therapist for 15+ years working with people living with chronic illness and their family members. I've worked with people living with heart failure, COPD, cancer, dementia, diabetes, kidney disease, heart disease, chronic pain, and even people nearing the end of their lives.
