Hi, I’m Dr. Johnson, but you can just call me Rachel! I’m a clinical mental health counselor with a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision, and a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My approach is a mix of cognitive-behavioral therapy, person-centered techniques, and trauma-informed care, with mindfulness practices to support your growth and awareness.
