I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Registered Yoga Instructor, and EMDR trained therapist. As a graduate of the University of Michigan School of Social Work, I also hold a degree in criminal justice and psychology from the University of Michigan-Dearborn. Prior to becoming a clinician, I served as a Forensic Interviewer.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in an integrative, trauma-competent lens, revealing the profound connections between experiences and their impact on the mind and body.
