I hold a Masters degree in Integral Counseling Psychology from The California Institute of Integral Studies, San Francisco. I bring nearly two decades of experience offering support, advocacy, intervention, and therapy to children, adolescents, individuals and families.
I work within a social justice lens and with a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, grief and bereavement, relationship challenges including divorce and separation, and life transitions. I have particular interest and training in working with trauma for which I incorporate somatic and mindfulness-based approaches.
