In addition to working with adults and couples, I am skilled at helping youth and teens navigate the increasing peer pressures and stressors related to social media, anxiety, anger/behavior management, trauma experiences, self-harm and substance/vape use and gender identity. I also love to work with adults on issues related to parenting difficult and defiant children, relationships, grief, addiction, trauma, depression and anxiety. I am well versed in ADHD, ODD, and addictions. It is never easy to ask for help so, go you! My goal is for people to leave each session feeling like the time spent was meaningful and purposeful.
I have a special interest in helping adults and adolescents with personal growth, substance misuse, addictions, relationship and communication, behavior issues, anxiety and issues related to trauma. I do not take on clients whom, in my professional opinion, I cannot help using the techniques I have available.
