Rachel Hyatt helps children, teens, adults, and seniors throughout Utah navigate emotional and behavioral challenges with compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. As a provisionally licensed Social Worker at LifeStance Health, she provides individual therapy, group therapy, and case management services tailored to each patient’s unique needs and goals.
