Maybe you're parenting a neurodivergent or medically complex child, navigating trauma, questioning identity or faith, or feeling disconnected from yourself and your relationships-even when you look "fine" on the outside. I offer a relational, trauma-informed space where you don't have to have the right words or know exactly what's wrong. Together, we slow things down, make sense of what you've been carrying, and create room for healing that feels realistic and humane.
As both a therapist and a parent who has walked through medical trauma with a child, I bring lived understanding alongside clinical training. I work with adults, parents, and couples using EMDR, ART, ACT and parts base approaches to support anxiety, trauma, parenting stress, and identity work.
You don't have to be stronger or more put together to start-therapy can be a place to finally exhale. I would love to met with you and see if we are a good fit.
