I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate working with children (aged 6+), teenagers, adults and couples. I offer additional experience working with members of the LGBTQIA+ community, immigrants, students navigating their educational paths, and young professionals. I bring a unique dimension to her counseling sessions by incorporating art, play therapy, and movement.
I encourage clients to explore their emotions and express themselves in ways that align with their true selves. In addition to other modalities, I use several therapeutic approaches, including strengths-based counseling, a person-centered and humanistic perspective, and elements of acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT),
