My therapeutic methodology incorporates a solution focused and strengths-based approach in order to empower individuals to meet their therapeutic goals. I am passionate about working with individuals struggling with grief and loss, trauma and abuse, sexual orientation and gender identity, and working with individuals struggling with Postpartum Depression.
