My therapeutic focus is neurodivergence-affirming therapy for ADHD, Autism, anxiety, depression, and chronic illness. Together we explore patterns, build resilience, and help you shift from surviving to engaging fully with life. I bring warmth, trauma-informed care, and experience in psychedelic-assisted work including Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy.
