It can be daunting to seek outside help for something that might be deeply personal. But sometimes, life can overwhelm us, and we might decide that something is not working for us or that it’s time to pursue a change. In these moments, I want to walk with you through your struggles and help you find your way to healing and contentment. In the therapy process, I value the insight you bring about your life and experience, and the work we do together will be, first and foremost, a collaborative effort.
I was drawn to the profession of counseling out of a passion to help people live their most fulfilling and rewarding lives. If you are struggling with something, if you feel stuck, if you feel like the way you have been doing things is no longer working for you, I am here to help.
Together, I will work with you to cultivate powerful new tools to cope, regulate emotions, and have meaningful relationships.
