My name is Rachel, an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist, with a passion for bringing loved ones together, uncovering strengths, and helping to improve communication skills. I work with you to establish and accomplish personal and relational goals. It is my belief that everything is a resource and small victories can lead to much bigger and more significant life changes. I will celebrate with you as we build a stronger foundation and gain the knowledge and skills to help guide you through future transitions.
I see clients of all ages, however, I specialize in working with teens and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, complex trauma, behavioral issues, and relational/family matters. I welcome you to share your story in a safe, calm, confidential, comfortable, and judgmental free environment.
I use a strengths-based and family systems perspective that is both collaborative and narrative in my sessions. I am also EMDR trained to help process trauma and promote healing.
