Announcement icon I'm encouraging all clients who are able to use telehealth. While I have limited availability, Loren Bahor, our new therapist, has openings.
My therapeutic approach is one of actively engaging with clients, and I use a mix of the most recent literature and evidence-based interventions, collaboration with other providers, and your own goals to develop an effective and meaningful treatment plan. As a client, you can expect sessions to be challenging and engaging. I practice from a place of compassion and believe that anything done in the spirit of treating others with dignity, kindness, and respect will lead to developing the valued life you both want and deserve!
I specialize in impulse control disorders, intimacy related challenges/sexuality (LGBTQIA affirming), relationship issues, and mood and anxiety disorders.
I offer intensive short and long term interventions for: OCD, high conflict relationships, parents managing co-parenting during separation or divorce, and parents working to create effective and meaningful boundaries to support their child in recovery.
