I work with individuals, families, and couples who are struggling with anything from anxiety and depression to repairing relationships and grief. I have extensive training in trauma and LGBTQA+ issues. My practice aims at helping clients find a better quality of life and gain the tools they need to honor their past, thrive in their present, and look forward to their future.
My areas of specialization: family therapy, couples therapy, therapy with military veterans and their families. Additionally, I have extensive training in cognitive and learning assessments.
I practice from an integrative approach by combining systems-oriented therapy and psychodynamic therapy. Additionally, I use cognitive-behavioral techniques to develop individualized treatment plans for each client based on their needs. I practice from the Gottman method for couples and uses a collaborative approach when working with children and families.
