Whether you're dealing with anxiety, trauma, chronic pain, or simply seeking greater self-awareness I am here to accompany you on your healing journey. With over 15 years as a Social Worker, working with children and families in the community my approach to therapy is grounded in compassion, authenticity, and collaboration, creating a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment.
In my practice I integrate somatic awareness, cognitive restructuring, value clarification, existential exploration, and mindfulness techniques. Some of my areas of expertise include mind-body connection, depression, anxiety, substance use, codependency, relationship issues, pain, parenting.
My own struggles have led me on a quest of self-discovery. It's from this place of authenticity that I connect with my clients, meeting them exactly where they are at.
