People often begin counseling with a variety of issues - anxiety, depression, life changes, etc. My goal is always to help people live their happiest life, by living authentically and becoming the best version of themselves.
I strive to create a comfortable space to help people explore the causes of their discomfort. Working to increase self-worth and self-confidence is one of the biggest pieces of my work with clients. In addition, I work with my clients in exploring thought processes and patterns that keep them stuck where they don’t want to be, and create new behaviors.
I have always thought of therapy as a judgement free space full of empathy and compassion, so that I can help people explore, heal, process, and grow.
