Many people are facing difficult challenges in life, both past and present. I specialize in EMDR Therapy, anxiety, and those touched by the circle of adoption.
Treating trauma is my specialty both for children and adults. I often use EMDR therapy, which I have found to work very well for many clients and it is a research based therapy. Currently, I am an approved consultant and trainer in EMDR Therapy. I also offer Alpha-Stim treatment.
I specialize in working with those who have been touched by the circle of adoption, including individuals who have been adopted, adoptive families, and birth families. Each of these groups require specific knowledge and treatment to obtain effective results. In addition, I periodically offer groups for adoptive moms.

EMDR Consultation Groups
This is a consultation group for clinicians who have Basic Training in EMDR Therapy. Virtual groups are available on several days and times. These group hours count toward becoming an EMDRIA Certified Therapist or an EMDRIA Approved Consultant.
