The horrors persist. You deserve spaces of transformation where you can bring your whole self. I help autistic, ADHD, and LGBTQIA+ adults heal from trauma, learn to accept, accommodate, and care for their authentic self, and build accessible, joy-filled, and pleasurable relationships.
In addition to neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ folks, my practice welcomes those practicing polyamory/non-monogamy, kink/BDSM players, sex workers, fat people, and individuals navigating disability, chronic illness, and pain.
My clients appreciate that our sessions feature warmth, curiosity, exploration, humor, learning, and deep empathy.
I offer somatic (body-focused), parts-work, and relational approaches to therapy. Therapy will be customized to you, your need, and your preferred way of working. My practice is grounded in principles of anti-oppression, non-judgment, harm reduction, as well as sex-positivity, body neutrality, and pleasure-centered work.
I'm so glad you're here, you've taken a wonderful step forward on your healing path. I'm honored to walk alongside my clients in their journeys and firmly believe that clients are experts in their own experiences. Therapy helps you access your inherent resources to heal and grow. I look forward to hearing from you.

Chronic Pain & Complex Trauma - Fall/Winter 2025

NOW RECRUITING FOR FALL/WINTER 2025 — Studies show that survivors of childhood trauma experience higher levels of chronic pain. To address both, the group will utilize 1) psychoeducation about complex trauma healing and its connections to chronic pain, trauma healing concepts, and pain and medical advocacy education 2) experiential exercises from somatic and parts-work therapies, resulting in an enhanced skill set for attending to triggers, pain, and nervous system dysregulation, as well as 3) community-building and resource sharing amongst participants.
