My goal is to be supportive, resourceful, authentic, and empathetic as building rapport with my clients is imperative to build a therapeutic alliance. Understanding that people are multifaceted is crucial: there’s no cookie-cutter fix for the challenges you may be facing, so your therapy should be tailored to your needs. I am LGBTQ+, kink, ENM and poly allied, spiritually/mystically affirming, and pagan allied. I have 16+ years in professional performance, fine & commercial arts, production, and a SSI dive pro.
Solution focused, we can explore your motivations, core values, and dreams at your pace. It helps that I have the ability to confront folks without being confrontational. I evaluate patterns and behaviors to support folks with executive dysfunction to work with their brains, not fight against them. ADHD can be a superpower, let’s talk about it.
